A home's ability to create an emotional response from the buyer is the secret to getting the fastest sale. Staging also increases the perceived value of the home, leading to higher offers. Almost all buyers make an offer because of their immediate "feeling" when first viewing the home. The ultimate goal of staging is to encourage this connection.

ABOUT SHANNON SABO
Owner/President
Shannon has a diverse background that includes a degree in Business Management and an extensive background in real estate investing, including complete design-to-build renovation and finishing. She has successfully bought, renovated, and re-sold multiple investment properties of her own. She has also worked closely with other investors to help design, renovate, and stage their investment properties. Shannon is also licensed Realtor, although not currently actively practicing. She left a lengthy career in corporate sales to focus on her passion for real estate and design in 2015. Shannon was born in Northern Michigan and now lives in Cincinnati. She is passionate about horses and riding, home design, and nature. She also loves spending time with her family, travel, and reading.
